Thank you for shopping with Orchids Designs! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have created this straightforward and easy-to-understand Refunds and Returns Policy to help guide you through the process.

1. Return and Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You can request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Condition of the Product: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all labels, and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, worn, or damaged after being opened or used.

  • Exclusions: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

    • Custom or personalized products

    • Sale or discounted items (unless stated otherwise)

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at orchidsdesings5@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will respond within 2 business days.

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you instructions on how to return your item. You must obtain a Return Authorization from us before returning the product.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective, damaged, or we made an error in processing your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

  4. Pack the Item: Carefully package the item to ensure it is not damaged during return shipping. Include your order number, the original packaging (if possible), and any other relevant details.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days from the day we receive the returned product for the refund to be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If the item is returned in an unacceptable condition (used, damaged, missing parts, etc.), we reserve the right to deny the return or offer a partial refund.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that any shipping fees, including the initial cost of shipping the product to you, are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order or if the product is defective.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the defect or damage

We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the defective item and offer a full refund or replacement, based on your preference.

6. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and then placing a new order for the desired product.
